    CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD

Tom is a produced screenwriter in Los Angeles, CA. After his son Zachary turned to drugs, became homeless and passed away, Tom vowed to spend the remainder of his life helping the homeless. His journey began with the realization that, given the enormous cost of California real estate, homelessness can happen to anyone. He met MK and saw her remarkable system at Lake Merritt Lodge in Oakland. He saw how it respects the dignity of residents and rewards investors. Learning Real Estate could be part the solution, Tom was eager to join her. Today, Tom works with the team to help brand this system and replicate it throughout California.
